Get To Know Me A Bit Better

HI, I'm Kalli!
Hi, I'm Kalli
My journey into physiotherapy began in my school days following
a knee injury incurred during a soccer match. The care and
rehabilitation provided by my physiotherapist not only healed me
but also profoundly inspired my career path. I hold a Bachelor
of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Witwatersrand
and have furthered my education with specialized courses,
including Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy (OMT), Dry Needling,
and a Pain Management Certificate from the Train Pain
Academy.
My studies in women's health have been immensely fulfilling, allowing me to support women through the unique physical, mental, and emotional challenges of motherhood. This focus on women’s health deepened with the birth of my own children, driving me to blend personal insight with professional expertise.
In 2019, I experienced the natural, drug-free birth of my daughter, Zoe, at Linkwood Hospital, supported by an incredible team including my gynaecologist and my husband. My son, Leo, was born in 2021 during a beautifully intimate home birth, led by a midwife and surrounded by family and close friends. These personal experiences have enriched my understanding and empathy, further compelling me to support other women through their own journeys of motherhood.
